Samuel Ginsburg, Chairman
Mr. Ginsburg is founder and
Co-Chairman of GDC Properties, LLC. He has designed
and developed thousands of residential units in addition
to office and retail properties over the last 38 years. He oversees the company’s
investment in and management of apartment communities, retail spaces and
office buildings. Sam also directs the development of all apartment communities
in
the Southeast United States and New York Area. Sam is a licensed architect
and holds a degree in architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |

Adam Ginsburg, Co-Chairman
Mr. Ginsburg is the
Co-Chairman of GDC Properties and the son of the firm’s founding
principal, Samuel Ginsburg. Since joining the company on
a full-time basis in 1988 he has served the company in
a number of departments and roles. Adam’s resume
at GDC includes property management, asset management,
design of computer and accounting systems and real estate
development. He holds a bachelor’s degree from
Brown University and an MS in real estate development
from Columbia
University. |
William Ingraham,
President
Mr. Ingraham is President of GDC Properties, LLC. He
has been with GDC since 1993. He is currently responsible for implementing
the firm’s long-term investment program that includes acquisitions of stabilized
properties and development of new projects in New York, New Jersey, Georgia and
Florida. Prior to joining GDC, Will was a builder and developer in New York City
and Dutchess County. He
holds a bachelor’s degree from Bennington College and an MS in Real Estate
Development from Columbia University. |

Gregg Shapiro, CFO & Senior
Vice President
Mr. Shapiro is Senior
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GDC Properties.
He joined GDC in April, 2000 as Vice President of Property
Management. Prior to joining GDC, Gregg was a Senior
Portfolio Director for AvalonBay Communities, one of
the country’s
largest apartment REITs, Mr. Shapiro holds a BBA from
Emory University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate
School
of Management at Northwestern University. |
