In 1964, architects Martin and Samuel Ginsburg founded the Ginsburg Development Corp (“GDC”) with a focus on bringing integrity to all aspects of our business: Integrity of Design, so that each building we create is both functional and attractive; Integrity of Planning, so that each site we develop relates in a positive way to its community and environment; Financial Integrity, to assure that the company has the resources to flourish irrespective of market conditions; and Corporate Integrity, in our professional conduct and the way we treat our associates.

For more than 40 years, the GDC Companies have been leading community developers throughout the southern and northeastern United States, building and acquiring thousands of apartment homes, condominiums and townhouses. GDC Properties was founded in 1994 by Samuel Ginsburg to specialize in the development, management and acquisition of residential and commercial income properties. Today GDC Properties boasts a diverse portfolio comprised of shopping centers, apartment communities, residential condominiums and office buildings.
