	We welcome your pets at The Heights, however, we have some specific rules and regulations to make sure the community is a safe and enjoyable for all of our residents. If you have a pet such as a dog or a cat you will be required to register it with the office. Please review our guidelines below. Pets Allowed Dogs (2 max), Cats (2 max) Pet Deposit, Fees & Pet Rent Deposit per pet $200 (refundable upon move-out inspection) Non-refundable Fees: First pet $300, Second pet additional $200 Monthly pet rent $10 per pet, per month Other Requirements All pets must be registered with the office and a Pet Addendum signed. Our managment team reserves the right to deny any pet. Some breeds of dogs and other types of pets may not be allowed. Please speak to the Community Manager for more details.
