We
welcome your pets at The Heights, however, we have some specific
rules and regulations to make sure the community
is a safe and enjoyable for all of our residents. If
you have a pet such as a dog or a cat you will be required to register
it with the office. Please review our guidelines below.

Pet
Deposit, Fees & Pet Rent
Deposit per pet $200 (refundable upon move-out inspection)
Non-refundable Fees: First pet $300, Second pet additional $200
Monthly pet rent $10 per pet, per month
Other Requirements
All pets must be registered with the office and a Pet Addendum
signed. Our managment team reserves the right to deny any pet.
Some breeds of dogs and other types of pets may not be allowed.
