Once you have reviewed the Statement of Rental Policy all you need to do is fill out the application and fax or drop it off at our leasing office. Your application will begin being processed immediatlely with a credit and criminal background check. Our staff will verify your income and rental history. Overall, the process takes about 2 days and we will make it as easy and painless as possible!
