The Year 2005 heralded a new era in our company’s history. Through a series of acquisitions and dispositions, GDC Properties shifted the orientation of its portfolio towards retail centers in order to diversify its holdings and re-affirm its income property orientation. GDC’s evolution reflects our response to changing markets that strengthens the company’s financial position and continues GDC’s long-established expertise in the ownership of income properties.

Future plans include assembling a high quality portfolio of apartment properties through development and acquisitions. GDC Properties makes long-term investments in the strongest real estate markets, while maintaining flexibility in the types of assets acquired for the portfolio. We are devoted to uncompromising attention to design, construction and customer service in all of our projects, and continue to build strong relationships with our partners.
